For months I have been making notes daily in anticipation of being able to share current news and to share accomplishments of others. I must begin with my personal relief that Kayla has returned from Iraq and Nathan has returned from Afghanistan. You both have my gratitude and admiration for your servitude and sacrifice to serve our country.
One of the hardest things for Kayla was to leave Idjit, her best friend for 17 years. Idjit used to sit by the window waiting for Kayla to get home every day when she started kindergarten. It was a tearful reunion.
